This 10,000 sf medical office building provides 16 new exam rooms, a procedure room and a laboratory. Altman-Charter assisted the owner during the planning, design, regulatory approval, and budgeting process. With bond financing already in place, maximizing scope while maintaining the project budget became a vital role during the preconstruction phase of the project. The turnkey Project Management process ensured the owner was involved in every phase of the project with maximum input on subcontractor selection and scope of work.
